Our Guarantee
Our Guarantee
Love It in 30 Days or Your Money Back. Tools for Life.
We sell to nail techs who use our products on paying clients every day, so we back them two ways: a 30-day risk-free trial on everything, and a lifetime warranty on our brushes and drill bits.
30-day risk-free trial
Use any product for 30 days from delivery. If it is not right for you, for any reason, email us and we refund the product price to your original payment method. Opened and used items included.
Lifetime warranty
Our Kolinsky acrylic brushes and drill bits are warranted for life against defects in materials and workmanship. A loose ferrule, a cracked handle or a failed coating under normal salon use gets replaced. Send us a photo and your order number.
Why we can offer this
Our family has run nail salons since the 1990s, and every product we sell was tested behind a real chair before it went on the site. We know what a brush that snaps back feels like and what a bit that stays sharp saves you in a week. If a product does not do what the page says, we would rather have it back than have you keep it.
The fine print, kept short
- The 30 days start on the delivery date shown in your tracking.
- Return shipping is on you unless the item was damaged, defective or not what you ordered. Then we cover it.
- The warranty covers the original buyer and does not cover normal wear, damage from improper care, or products bought from unauthorized sellers.
- Orders from Amazon, Walmart, eBay or TikTok Shop are returned through that marketplace. The warranty still applies; just email us.
