The 30-day risk-free trial

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to decide. Open it, use it on clients, compare it with what you use now. If you are not happy, for any reason, we will take it back and refund the product price. There is no restocking fee and no questions you have to get right.

Items do not need to be unused, but please send back everything that came in the box, including the packaging if you still have it.

How to start a return

1. Email support@dashboardbeauty.com with your order number and a sentence about why you are returning the item. You can also use our contact form.
2. We reply within one business day with a return authorization and the return address. Please do not ship anything back before you hear from us.
3. Pack the item and mail it with the carrier of your choice. We recommend a tracked service. Return shipping is paid by you unless the return is our mistake (see below).
4. We inspect the return within three business days of receiving it and issue your refund.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout. Credit and debit card refunds usually post within 3 to 5 business days after we send them; PayPal and Shop Pay refunds usually show the same day. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is our mistake.

If 10 business days have passed since our refund email and nothing has posted, check with your bank first, then email us and we will send you the refund reference.

Prefer store credit? Tell us when you start the return and we will issue a gift card for the full product price, with no shipping deducted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives broken, does not work as it should, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost, including shipping both ways, or refund you in full if you prefer. We may ask you to send the item back with a prepaid label we provide.

Lifetime warranty

Dashboard Beauty acrylic brushes and drill bits are covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original buyer. If a ferrule loosens, a handle cracks, or a bit's coating fails under normal salon use, email us a photo and your order number and we will replace it.

The warranty does not cover normal wear (bristles that thin over years of use, bits that dull), damage from improper care such as leaving a brush in monomer or using acetone on it, or products bought from unauthorized sellers.

What we can't take back

• Gift cards
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items that were not bought from DashboardBeauty.com (see below)

Bought on Amazon, Walmart, eBay or TikTok Shop?

Orders placed on a marketplace have to be returned through that marketplace, which handles the refund. Our 30-day trial applies there too, so if the marketplace window has closed, email us with your order details and we will make it right.
