1. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with how it works or with its security.

2. Products and descriptions

We do our best to show and describe our products accurately. Colors can look different from screen to screen, and packaging may change. Some products are made for professional use by trained nail technicians; follow the directions on the label and stop using a product if irritation occurs. We may limit quantities or stop selling a product at any time.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout. You agree to give current, complete and accurate payment and account information. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a price or listing is wrong, a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it.

4. Shipping, returns and our guarantee

Our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Our Guarantee pages explain how we ship orders, how the 30-day risk-free trial and refunds work, and what the lifetime warranty on our brushes and drill bits covers. Those pages are part of these Terms.

5. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotions apply only while they are running and cannot be applied to orders placed before or after. One code per order unless we say otherwise. We may cancel orders that use a code in a way it was not meant for, such as a code shared from a program it was not issued to, and we may end or change a promotion at any time because of an error or abuse.

6. Affiliate, Ambassador, Wholesale and Partner programs

Joining our Affiliate, Ambassador, Wholesale or Partner programs requires an application and our approval. Each program has its own terms, which we send on approval and which add to these Terms. We may end a membership at any time for misuse, including false or misleading claims about our products, orders placed through your own affiliate link, posting discount codes on coupon sites, or failing to disclose a paid or product relationship as the FTC requires.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

8. Reviews, photos and other content you send us

If you send us reviews, photos, comments, application details or suggestions, you give us permission to use, edit, publish and share them in connection with our business, without payment to you. You agree that what you send is your own, is truthful and does not break the law or anyone else's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

Our content

The site and everything on it, including text, photos, logos, graphics and blog articles, belongs to Dashboard Beauty or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Blog and educational content

Articles and guides on the site are for general information. They are not professional, medical or legal advice. Check your state board rules and the manufacturer's instructions before you use a product or technique on clients.

9. Email and text messages

When you subscribe to our emails or texts, you agree to receive marketing messages from Dashboard Beauty. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email, or by replying STOP to a text. Message and data rates may apply to texts. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.

10. Third-party links, warranties and liability

Third-party links and tools

The site may link to other websites or use third-party tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy through them.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the guarantee and warranty described on our Our Guarantee page, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Dashboard Beauty and its owners, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that come from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to cover Dashboard Beauty for claims and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that result from your breaking these Terms or the law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem with an order, email us first; we resolve almost everything within a few days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
